I reserve the right to decline any commission request.

Proper crediting of my work is required. In your about-section a direct link to my VGen and/or Website are required as well as any specification(s) of what I worked on.

If an artist badge is available on your platform, please assign one to me. (Please prioritize model artists and riggers ahead of me though! And only provide the artist badge for me if I've done a large part of your channel's branding (overlays, panels, banners, etc. This will not be necessary at all for badges only.))

Donations or Tips on other platforms do not count as commission payment.

If a client would like for me to use any asset (such as illustrations, logos, or any other custom made materials) that is made by another artist, it must be approved and the name and tag of the artist must be provided.

You do not have the rights to recolor, retouch, redistribute or edit any part of any commission. Alterations and edits may be requested post-completion for a addition charge.

All commissions are done with approval to stream the work process, share work in progress, or post freely about at any time. If you'd rather I not share the process before a certain date (for example, V-Tuber Debut Dates) you may request that before I start work on your commission.

In light of the growing popularity of AI "Art" I would like to make clear that I do not, nor will I ever, support using AI Generated Imagery.

I will not be using any AI Generated Images as showcases for any of my designs and I do not allow for them to be used on any of my designs once the commission has been completed either.

Tags that match the branding of your assets will be made and edited at any time - entirely free of charge. This is so you can credit your artists directly on each asset.

Editing art tags post project-completion will be done on a top-priority basis upon DM request, just try to provide 24 hour notice to give me enough time to receive your request.

I have compiled a list of recommended artists that you can ask from me or view on my website.

All stream asset commissions come with Personal and Commercial Use Licensing.

The commissions do not come with Merchandise Licensing.

If you would like Merchandise Licensing, it must first be discussed with me and the commission cost is doubled.

You must credit me for the work done. You are not allowed to claim the work as your own. You may credit me by putting what I contributed to in the panels section of your stream with a link to my VGen (@lanilauro) and Website (https://lanilauro.com).

If you have not commissioned me for panels, but would like a free, pre-made credits panel I have a number of pre-made options available at your selection and I am also willing to recolor them to fit your channel's theme/branding, per your request. Otherwise, all panel commissions come with a free credits panel included.

Clients are expected to bring references and list of ideas that they want already for the commission.

Clients will be communicated with during the working process (unless stated otherwise (for example on future SKEB-Styled or Surprise Me!-Styled commissions) so I ask that you make yourself available to respond semi-regularly.

Consultation/Brainstorming Sessions may be charged $20 per hour in extreme cases. I will be sure to let you know and offer you the opportunity to return in a few days with references instead.

If I have to scrap and redo entire assets due to the client being unsure or unclear of what they want, an additional charge of up to 100% of the service's price will be charged, depending on how much has to be redone.

In regards to references, please do not provide me any references with the intentions of me copying the provided reference. Doing so will result in a blacklist and project cancellation.

Do not include AI Generated Imagery as a part of your references.

Being rude or disrespectful with clear intent to be harmful or negative towards me or any other person will result in an immediate blacklist and project cancellation.

Return and referred clients can request commissions when my commissions are closed, however I'll be more selective during this timeframe.

Tipping not required but is highly appreciated!

Any and all revisions due to error on my end will be done 100% for free, no questions asked.

During the working period of the commission, notes for edits will be taken into account and be reflected in each update provided. If large edits that require scrapping old elements in place of new ones are requested however, an additional charge may be applied, depending on circumstance. Any additional charges for edits will be discussed and mutually agreed upon, as always

If you would like to alter the assets yourself, I'm very open minded to hearing your ideas and will likely approve, but I would still like to be made aware and see the changes before you post them publicly.

Payments for commissions requested through VGen are paid exclusively through VGen's Payment System.

Twitch donations, gifting subs or bits, sending money through other means without a proposal on VGen, or any other way of sending funds to me will not be accepted as payment for commissions.

100% refunds will be offered before I begin working on your commission.

After I've started each asset, refunds will be given based on how much time has been put into the project and how much has already been completed.

If commercial licensing has to be bought for the completion of your project (i.e. Font Licensing,) I will charge the licensing cost and retain the licensing thereafter. Absolutely no licensing will be bought without your explicit consent beforehand.

I will be sure to tell you about the licensed assets I use in each project as well as providing links to each asset, where applicable.

I will always try to complete your commission ASAP, but please be patient with me. I am a real person with family, friends, a job, and my own well-being to take care of and prioritize. I do not spend every waking moment working, please be considerate of that.

If I have other commissions ahead of yours, I'll be sure to let you know and give you a very rough estimate as to when I'll be able to start it, as well as give you updates whenever you move up the queue or when I'll be ready to start your commission.

I will provide updates of my own accord, however if you'd ever like an update because you haven't heard from me in a bit, please contact me at any point and I will respond to you within 24 hours unless notice has been provided otherwise, which you will also hear of from me personally.

Please refrain from spamming for updates. Please respect the timeframes that I've given you.

Rush Ordering will prioritize your request ahead of others in queue and must be mutually agreed upon for it to be honored. On the invoice, you will see the itemized Rush Order Fee in the price breakdown.

Rush Orders will not be accepted unless I am provided at least 10 business days (Monday-Friday, not including holidays) to get the rush order completed in time for you.

I will take no more than 2 Rush Orders at a time.

If my commissions are closed but you would still like to commission me during off season, you still may request to commission me. Be prepared to be charged an additional fee if I choose to accept your commission during off-season.

Off season commissions will be treated like Rush Orders and will be prioritized over personal projects / giveaway projects.

Should the terms of service be violated, depending on the severity of the offense, multiple routes of action may be taken.

For minor cases (such as insufficient crediting, minor alterations without permission, etc.) a simple DM addressing the issue in hopes of resolving the problem will be sent out. Further actions will be taken if left unresolved.

For major cases of violations (such as copying, tracing, major editing without permission, etc.) you will be alerted of the violation and that commercial rights to your assets will be removed without refund.

With the removal of commercial rights, you will be tasked with removing my work on any platform you make any form of profit, both direct and indirect, from and you will only be allowed personal use right.
